Go Girl!! ;)


This week has been the most active week I had so far! I have been off from work for a week, submitted my thesis and only two more subjects to study for my exam. So, which is the active part then? It seems like a lazy week http://www.emocutez.com isn’t it?


Well, I have noticed that I have been sluggish at times and oh yes! I have been munching snacks way too much and this is bad, very bad indeed. Plus, I have not been working my ass out other than walking to Tesco to buy food! http://www.emocutez.com This is disgraceful!


So, I’ve decided to do some workout to stay healthy. Besides that, it has been reported that when you are active, your brain works better – I can use this for my studying for the exam!


And yes! I have been doing this massive workout http://www.emocutez.com video by Tracy Anderson and yup!! She kicked my http://www.emocutez.com ass!! Somehow, the method is amazing and it actually works!! I do not feel sluggish anymore but rejuvenated! I have been doing this for a week now (everyday for at least one hour, some days two) and I am pleased. But, the first two days… my arms feel so sore http://www.emocutez.com and legs! Oh dear. That shows how terrible I was before, being inactive for quite a while. Oh, silly me. But now, I think my body is adapting. We’ll see.
