I love bananas! I think it is a good snack on the go. It is good for an energy booster for you to start your day in the morning, after a tiring workout session, on your break for a quick snack before getting back to work and many other great benefits of this yellow fruit!
Not to mention, I love the fact that this fruit contain many nutritional facts that undoubtedly is good for your health and well-being (if consume in moderate amount, of course).

I hang my bunches up on my window blind cord to prevent the sides from becoming soft/overripe too fast, just like a 'banana tree'.
I usually eat two a day, once with two Tsp of peanut butter amounts to about 200 Calories.
Daddy: and that means? Hmm...
John: Does it work? I mean, hung it on your window blind cord? Does it prevent the banana to ripe faster, say, compare to if we put it on the table? I have seen people eat them with peanut butter, I have tried that but I guess I just love the taste of the bananas itself. Let's go bananas eating err, bananasss! :)
