Me, My Nose & My Throat

I just got home. It's 1.53am now. I went to my friend's place. She cooked for me - a way of saying goodbye. I suppose more like a farewell hang out thing? I went there with another friend. We had fun! There were so many food!! Home-made bread sticks, garlic bread, pizza (yes, it is home-made pizza!!!) and chocolate chip cookies with ice cream!!! It was yummy and it was amazing.

Then, my friend sent me home. So, here I am.

I really don't feel so good. It's the cold! It annoys me. My nose is blocked. My throat is so sore. And I keep on having small little coughs, that tickles my throat.

I hate being sick!!!!

I just gulped on the cough syrup and sinus tablet. So, let's just hope tomorrow will be a good day for me, my nose and my throat!!! :(

A Little Update!

Hi all! Uhh, it has been a while, hasn't it? Well, honestly speaking, I was too busy! It is true though. What I have been doing, is just came back from work and feels wrecked on the sofa, being so lazy lounging until bedtime. I have been so tired and I mean, super tired!

Standing in the shop and smiling all the time, I think my jaw bones might be stiff after a while. Haha... And worst of all the things, weather has been unbelievably gorgeous this past few days while I was working my ass off in the shop! I am so jealous!! :(

Well, what do I have to say here. Let's see. Weather, checked! Work, checked! Hmm... Oh, my health? I still got that annoying sore throat that I got about two days ago, and to be honest, it is quite annoying. Was it because of the dusts from the shop? I mean, all the bath bombs and bubble bars? Might be possible, isn't it? Hmm... it is really sore especially early in the morning, when I first got up from bed!

Oh, and yesterday one of the girls from the shop gave me a full bag of samples goodies to try out so that I know how they works! From skincare, haircare as well as body care! Phew... and my room, somehow does smells like the shop now, for some reason! Haha... And I can get my discounts after I have been employed for a month! Can't wait! And, because I am working there at the moment now, and as so you know, the shop does supporting so many good causes, that I somehow feels the urge to do so too! :) I mean, at some point, it does educate me and I have gain knowledge with this too despite of having the sore feet for standing in so long! :)

We are still against animal testing of all the products produce, we have a charity support products and the fact that I just know recently, that all the soaps in the shop is palm-free soap base, so we can avoid using palm oil! Instead, we are using coconut and sunflower oil. Main reason, is to stop ravaging the Indonesian rainforest to plant palm trees, destroying the biodiversity and making little Indonesia the biggest CO2 is not something we want to help with! And the fact that the in-house activist have set up A.S.A.P (Actively Seeking Alternative to Palm) to ecourage other companies to follow, is so over-whelming! :)

Uhh, enough about all those. I guess you got what I meant now? :) Hmm, time passes by so quickly. It's nearly ten now. So, feel free to browse through the good deeds, and maybe you should start shop at my shop now for stuff? :) Take care and talk soon! :)

Sore Here And There

Hey all. Too many things happened at once. Tenerife, moving out home... moving in home. Too many things, that put me in an insecure position, the most!

The holidays that was supposed to be a superb vacation, turned out to be not so nice. Hectic things going on, with too many things to list out. Last weekend was filled in with moving out and in the new house. And it was so tiring, I have sore all over my body, thought of that having to bring all the stuff up and down the stairs.

At the end of the day, I couldn't make it to the office this morning, so I decided to take an off day. I could not even woke up from bed. It was the most horrible sores ever. My neck, my shoulders... feel like I am working as one of the builders on construction site.

But alas, everything is nearly finished now. I have already picked up all the things from the old house, and next is just to fixed it in the new home. At least, I am nearly finished. That can be done, slowly at normal pace.

I will jot down later for more precise definition of what has really happened. I am still sores, at the moment, so I will talk to you guys later... Soon!

Tonsil Problem?

Hey people... *wink*

I am still at home. It is unbearable! I went to a doctor, and she said something iswrong with my tonsil, and that's why I have this sore throat! I have cold sores in both sides of my mouth. And it is so difficult for me to open my mouth! My upper lips has been numb since yesterday!

What I got from the doctor is an antibiotics. And a home remedy advice! *giggles* She insisted that I eat loads of ice creams and jellies. And of course, loads of cold drinks! To soothe the throat and to have speedy recovery!

I have been off from work since Monday, and today as well. And that makes two days in a row! I am so scared of going back to the office tomorrow! I have the doctor certificate until Wednesday, but I think I better show up tomorrow to avoid nasty speculations! There are some people in the office who is not really 'in-love' with me, so I think I better be there tomorrow!! Speaking of my highly rated paranoia state at this mo'! *giggles*

I feel so weak and tired as well, all the time. I don't know what else to do. To be honest, I don't like to stay at home. It's so boring, I must say! But what can I do?

So, I will 'fight' this tiredness and prepare myself for work tomorrow!! Ughh, I know this sound so not-like-me, but I missed the office!! *giggles* Really!!

A Piece of Thank You Note? *wink*

Hello people! *wink* I have been sick for the whole weekend. So, basically... a big disaster! I had a really bad sore throat that I can swallow anything. And whenever I did (of course I did, as I have to eat by any means....), it pissed me off big time as it is so painful!!
And, more... I have to go to toilet every 10 minutes. But then nothing! The tummy just making rumbling sounds and it's definitely horrible! I was even at home today, and it is not a good thing as well! When you off from work on Monday, people will put up speculations on me, having thoughts of me not being responsible to my work! Aishhh! *sad face*

Anyway, I think I am up for the job tomorrow! I feel lot more better, but the sore throat is still there! Tummy ache's gone. I hope for long. *sigh* Ah, by the way, I was checking other blogs, and it seems I got a review from John C. A Friday Blog Review from him, a joint-contribution from him and FuelMyBlog! Ah, at least it does cheer me up! He made my day! I am so happy with the review and the link of course!! Yayyy for me!!

My Honey Bee

I was totally out of voice. Like Ariel in the Little Mermaid, her voice has been taken away from her by the monstrous Ursula.

I know that I have been out all nights, last weekend. But that doesn't really caused the sore throat that I have now. Or, maybe part of it... Yes. *giggles with ROCKSTAR voice* Anyway, I have been desperately ill in the office today. I have been coughing non-stop, and not to mention the choking experience, as your throat felt so dry, like a desert like weather!

I hate to go to doctors, as I hate medicines. Therefore, I used traditional treatment. Honey. In my early childhood days, mama always prepare me a honey drink with a bit of lime squeezed to the honey-drink, and it will definitely be the best cure of the sore throat. Or, at least... you can have a quiet sleep, rather than waking up every one hour... *sigh*

And, it seems like the sore throat, no voice scenario has been spread throughout the blogsphere as well. As for me, I have been getting this now and then, since the Dublin's weather is always a crap! You can never predict what will happen 5 minutes after! Therefore, I guess that is the cause as my body can't really cope as to what weather it will be.

Betty, in Colorado Cowgirl In Upstate New York has the same sickness as well, but I think she's recovering now. And she also suggesting HONEY to cure her sore throat?! *wink to Bety and a BIG wave* Oh, but maybe she is referring to her honeybun hubby too! I guess both honey cures her! *another wink*

Hence, I would like to announce my findings of my experiment for today, HONEY does cure your sorethroat. No matter whether it is the honey from the bee, or it is simply the love from your honeybun, both can cure you. As people often said, love is all it takes! (Uhuh, I guess I started to talk crap stuff again!) *wink*
